Science has confirmed that we think approximately 60,000 thoughts a day and over 98% are old and repetitive thoughts and self- limiting beliefs running as a programme undetected under our conscious awareness. We are laterally having a daily mental rehearsal of yesterdays that occurred 5,10,20 or 40 years ago in todays present moment without even being aware that we are dong it. And. most of the old (outdated) programming was passed down from parents and grandparents which doesn't best serve us today. 

 

We all wish to create better todays and better tomorrows but we'll not succeed until we:
